  • John Kane, Chairman
    Mr. Kane founded Equitrac Corporation in 1977 and served as President and Chairman of the Board until 1989. He continued as Chairman until 1999 when he retired following a leveraged buy-out of the company by the management team in partnership with Conerstone Equity Partners. He is currently serving as a member of Equitrac’s Board of Directors. Mr. Kane is also serving on the Board of Verid Corporation, an identity fraud software company located in Plantation, FL. In addition, he serves as Advisor to the management of SST Corporation a golf technology company.

    Prior to Equitrac, Mr. Kane worked for Eastern Airlines as a Systems Analyst from 1967 to 1973 and as an independent consultant in the office equipment field from 1973 to 1977. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in 1967.

    Kirk Fackre, Chief Sales Officer
    Mr. Fackre brings over 18 years of strategic marketing, partner development and leadership expertise to AIRTIME. Throughout much of his career, Mr. Fackre has concentrated on how technology helps organizations become more productive by capturing, organizing and retaining critical knowledge, information and expertise.

    Upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Mr. Fackre joined Equitrac Corporation, where he enjoyed a long and successful career in a variety of progressively responsible leadership and sales management positions.

    Prior to joining AIRTIME, Mr. Fackre founded ResearchAgent Corporation where he pioneered a product line used to manage web research.

    Diane Conde, Chief Operating Officer
    Ms. Conde directs AIRTIME’s client services team, overseeing the day to day operations in the installation and servicing of the company’s ever increasing client base.  She has over 20 years experience in operations and client services in a variety of industries including high technology, aviation, manufacturing and professional services. 

    Prior to joining AIRTIME, Ms. Conde directed national operations for Equitrac Corporation. Ms. Conde has a BA and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University.

    Frank Ableson, Chief Technology Officer
    Mr. Ableson is the founder and president of navitend, headquartered in Stanhope, NJ. He has over 15 years of mobile and data collection software development experience. Industries served include manufacturing, healthcare, logistics/distribution, energy and International web and mobile commerce. Mr. Ableson leads AIRTIME's on-line software development, technical support and hosting infrastructure teams. He earned a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

    Jerry Fenzel (CPA, JD, LLM), Director
    Mr. Fenzel has held a number of leadership positions during his 30-year career ranging from a practicing accountant and attorney, owner of a financial consulting firm, principal in an international asset management firm, along with ownership interests in various operating companies. He is heading AIRTIME's growth and strategic direction and continued leadership in the mobile time capturing/revenue recovery management. Prior to co-founding AIRTIME, Jerry served as the owner and President of Fairgate Rule Company and a Principal in the Bessemer Group, a New York based asset management and investment firm.

    Mr. Fenzel began his career with the predecessor firm to Ernst & Young as a CPA on the audit staff. He has also practiced as a licensed attorney in Georgia and Maryland. He earned a B.B.A in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. He has also attended Business Strategy and other graduate level courses at the Columbia University School of Business, Drew University and Loyola College.

    T. Michael Grady, Director
    Mr. Grady has been engaged in high technology business development since holding sales positions at NCR beginning in 1970. In 1973 he partnered the launch of General Systems Corp and was Executive VP until 1986 when he began a career as a business development consultant. In that capacity, he has represented companies wishing to enter new markets or diversify their high tech business in both the Commercial and Federal Sectors. Clients include Windemere Systems, Genasys Corp, Data Systems Analysts, Digital Lightwave, Inc., Equitrac Corp., Norell Systems, Cat Technology, Windward Consulting Group, Trueposition, Inc. and others. Since 1998 Michael has focused on taking clients and their technology into the Federal Marketplace. He received his BA from the University of Dayton.

    George Wilson, Director
    Mr. Wilson is the retired President/CEO of Equitrac Corporation and has been associated with Equitrac since its founding in 1977. He became President in 1989 and guided the company through its successful IPO in 1992 and the subsequent leveraged buyout in 1999. Mr. Wilson retired in 2002 and contuse to be an active member of the Board of Directors. At the time of his retirement, Equitrac had annual revenues of $60 million and was the acknowledged world leader in document accounting systems.

    Prior to joining Equitrac, Mr. Wilson was Regional Marketing Manager for Barnett Banks of Florida, Inc, a Product Manager in the corporate marketing department of a major Florida bank holding company, and a Senior Analyst with Eastern Airlines. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he served three years in the US Army and subsequently received his Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from the University of Florida. Mr. Wilson is also a member of the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Florida.
